About Pam
In 1982, I was diagnosed with Lupus. Immediately with my rheumatolgist we started a support group for Lupus patients under 50 years of age. I have been involved with Lupus support groups since then in many capacities, ranging from Vice President, President and guest speaker. During this time, I was fortunate enough to finish two college degrees in Recreation Administration and Management! Yes, I love fun! My world was turned upside down when my kidneys finally gave into Lupus. The treatments were harsh Intravenous drugs, gained lots of weight, lost hair, lost strength and had to retire at 37 years old. I am determined to live with Lupus. To live, I had to accept the chronic illness, yep, it’s here to stay so how can I make this work. Throughout the years I have learn so much. My fight, determination and faith has continued to work for me. I am not my illness.
Thanks for joining me on the Chronically EZ journey to find real solutions to illnesses that are here to stay. I hope this blog will give you your power back thru EZ tips and tricks. All information is what I have personal learned while fighting for the good life.
